Delta 8 Shipping Policies
DELTA-8 SHIPPING POLICY:
Grandpas Family Farms retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to Delta-THC 8 either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product does not ship to the following states:
Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, and West Virginia. This list will be updated as states change their policies.

Exceptions:
The following states allow Delta-8 to be sold only by licensed retailers. If you are a licensed retailer and would like to order Delta-8 products from Grandpas Family Farms, prior contact must be made here and approved by our administrative staff, provided proper and current documentation.
Exception States Include: Alaska, Connecticut, Michigan, and Nevada.

Order Lead Time
Typically, we will process orders within one to three (1 to 3) business days. All Grandpas Family Farms flower and pre-rolls are prepared at our facility. We will take extra time if needed to ensure our customers receive a properly cured and great tasting product.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be emailed to GrandpasFamilyFarms@gmail.com and must state “PLEASE CANCEL” with the referenced order number within 24 hours (1 business day) of the order.

Damaged Goods
Customer must notify the Company of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within two (2) days of receipt of shipment. Goods damaged are subject to review by the company. Customer must comply with the review by furnishing images, documentation, and additional requests at the discretion of the company. For qualifying orders, the company with either refund the customer or send a replacement product at no extra charge.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
